14-day refund on your first Premium payment

Email us within 14 days of your first Premium charge if you want a refund—we process qualifying requests through the same billing channel you used. Your first Gold charge follows the same 14-day window unless we have a written agreement that says otherwise.

Do yearly plans charge once upfront?

Yes. Yearly is one upfront charge: $115.08/year for Premium and $239.88/year for Gold at the rates on this page. The “/mo” figure is that total ÷ 12 so you can compare with monthly billing. Your processor receipt shows the charged amount and currency.

What if I hit the URL limit halfway through a list?

Split the list into two runs on Free (10 URLs per run), or upgrade so the whole list fits in one pass—up to 1,000 URLs on Premium and 3,000 on Gold—then export a single CSV.

Can I switch between Free, Premium, and Gold later?

Yes—upgrade when you need the higher per-run cap or downgrade before the next renewal. Monthly subscriptions normally change from the next cycle after you request it. Annual plans line up with the renewal date unless support confirms a different change in writing for your account.
